Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Permanent Representative of Japan to the United Nations, Ambassador Koro Bessho received Global Peacebuilding Association President Sukehiro Hasegawa and Secretary-General Masakuni Tanimoto along with other officials. (06/06/2019)

　At the invitation of the Friends of the United Nations Asia-Pacific (FOUNAP), former Special Representative of Secretary-General Kofi Annan for Timor-Leste, Mr. Sukehiro Hasegawa, participated in the interactive forum highlighting Japanese initiatives promoting the Sustainable Development Goals on 6 June 2019. He took the opportunity to make a courtesy call on Ambassador Koro Bessho. He was accompanied by GPAJ Masakuni Tanimoto, Mr. Fuminobu Akahori the Acting Mayor of Shizuoka City, Prof. Schu Kawashima,　Brother-in-Law of Crown Prince, Preaast Tomokiyo Tanaka and Ms. Mayuko Saeki 6 June 2019.
